The Parish Hall is located 5 miles from Worcester City Centre – just 3 miles from Junction 7 of the M5. We now have charging points for electric cars! Find us on Zap Map.
 
The hall has several rooms available for hire throughout the year, along with outdoor facilities including tennis court, basketball court, sports fields and a children’s play area. The hall also has free parking for approximately 75 cars.
 
The Parish Hall can be booked between the hours of 8am to midnight and we have a variety of rooms available to hire.
 
Hire prices from 1 April 2026 are as follows:
Freeman Windsor Hall £35 per hour
Coffee Shop/Bar £30 per hour
Saturday Night Coffee Shop/Bar Package (6-11.30pm) £200
​Entire Littleworth Suite £25 per hour
Stonehall Room/Woodhall Room £18 per hour
Entire hall (except coffee shop) £500 per day
Wedding Package (Friday afternoon until Sunday morning) £1100
 
A £100 (£200 for wedding package or host a party for someone under the age of 22) security deposit (refundable upon the hall being used as per the Terms and Conditions) is also required 30 days before the booking date payable by BACS.

What we provide

​The Freeman Windsor Hall

  • ​Overall dimensions are 10.3m x 17.8m
  • This room has a high ceiling (suitable for bouncy castles) and a capacity of 200 (standing, adding furniture etc reduces capacity)
  • Is suitable for parties, wedding receptions, sports activities, dance classes, exercise classes and large meetings. 
  • Has free wi-fi
  • Includes use of 25 trestle tables (approx 6 foot by 3 foot) and 200 chairs kept in the store room off the hall
  • Has a well equipped kitchen situated within the hall with a fridge/freezer, oven, kettle, hot water urn, jugs and a selection of crockery.​
  • Has access to accessible toilets and baby changing facilities 

​The Littleworth Suite 

With its own external entrance the Littleworth Suite enables you to have one larger room or two smaller meeting rooms, ideal for a smaller exercise class, baby sensory class, birthday parties with entertainers, meetings or office space. 
  • When combined the room dimensions are 9.4m x 5.4m 
  • Stonehall meeting room dimensions are 5.4m x 4.7m 
  • Woodhall meeting room dimensions are 5.4m x 4.7m 
  • Has a capacity of 40 when combined and 15 when split
  • Has free wi-fi 
  • Access to the store room for tables and chairs
  • Has its own external entrance 
  • Has access to a accessible toilet
  • Has a kitchenette, comprising small fridge, sink, kettle and cups.​

Coffee at WRFive

  • ​Overall dimensions are 7 x 4.3m
  • Has a capacity of 50
  • Has free wi-fi
  • Has a fully stocked bar serving a variety of hot and cold beverages along with chocolate, crisps, cakes and ice creams
  • ​Highchairs
  • Is suitable for adult birthday parties, christening/naming ceremony after parties, wakes and baby showers
  • You can provide your own food (not drink)​
